Here are 9 Ways To Raise Your Vibration Instantly

1.) Appreciation List -Make a list of 12 things that you are grateful for…include both big and small things. Experience the feeling as you write down each one

2.) Movement- We can change our emotions immediately by changing the physiology of our body….jump up and down…twist…do a downward dog…DANCE…DANCE…DANCE It’s important to feel good ( ( ( (((good))) ) ). A few minutes of dancing everyday will lift your spirits and keep them riding high throughout the day.

3.) Smiling and Laugher-Start with a GIGANTIC smile and hold that smile – It takes 17 muscles to smile and 43 to frown. Crack yourself up….tell jokes, watch funny movies…have a laughing contest….1…2…3…GO!

4.) Ambience- De-clutter and organize (throw out things that no longer serve you) your home and office. Love your space…celebrate it…keep it sacred…Home SWEET home!

5.) Turn up the Music- Music is one of the easiest, most effective tools for raising your frequency. You can use music as a way to release blocks and get rid of emotional “stuff” that bogs you down. Upbeat, rhythmic music will lift you up…up…up.

6.) Aromatherapy- Sniff, Smell and take a deep inhale-The aromatic essences of plants can be used as a way to realign with nature, thus balancing, healing and energizing you. Smelling a plant fragrance raises your energy frequency. (Essential oils will do the trick too).

7.) Breathe- Deep inhale…Exhale…. Purifies… Cleanses… Releases Toxins… Oxygenize the cells… Releases Stresses… Calms the Mind… Provides Energy… Feels good!!

8.) Affirmations-I am strong, powerful and FEARLESS. I am abundantly blessed with health, wholeness and wellness. I am open, able and willing to receive. I am balanced and am in harmony with my higher self.

9.) Meditation- Quiet Time…Turning off the TV & cell phone…living in the moment… focusing on the breathe… surrendering and letting go.

Use this list to make adjustments, enhancements and shifts when your energy starts to get stale. Set your intention on raising your vibration, holding a high frequency and aligning with your higher self. Making a decision to incorporate these tools into your daily life will yield high vibration emotions which in turn will bring miracles, magnificence and joy into your life.

Ephesians 4:29-32

29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Vs 29
So awful we say things and don’t realize that we curse ourselves or others with the words that come out of our mouth. Negative and defeatist comments manifest negativity as positive and uplifting comments promote prosperity and winning. Do we ever hear cheerleaders screaming “You can’t do it”? No. Think of cheerleaders when you are commenting about yourself or someone else. Always ask yourself is what I am about to saying cheering them on?

Vs 31

I once read that rage, anger, bitterness and similar volatile emotions are like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. How healthy is it to maintain such negative emotions in our body? They end up manifesting disease, sickness, lower vibrations and other things that intefere with our personal power or us being our personal best. Have you had any poison lately?

One Day My Soul Opened up ……..

One day my soul just opened up
and things started happenin’
things I can’t quite explain
I mean
I cried and cried like never before
I cried tears of ten thousand mothers
I couldn’t even feel anything because
I cried ’til I was numb.

One day my soul just opened up
I felt this overwhelming pride
what I was proud of
only God knows!
Like the pride of a hundred thousand
fathers
basking in the glory of their newborn
sons
I was grinnin’ from ear to ear!

One day my soul just opened up
I started laughing
and I laughed for what seemed like
forever
wasn’t nothin’ particularly funny goin’ on but I laughed anyhow
I laughed the joy of a million children
playin’
in the mud
I laughed ’til my sides ached
Oh God! It felt so good!

One day, my soul just opened up
There were revelations, annihilations,
and resolutions
feelings of doubt and betrayal, vengeance and forgiveness
memories of things I’d seen and done
before
of places I’d been, although I didn’t know when
there were lives I’d lived
people I’d loved
battles I’d fought
victories I’d won
and wars I’d lost.

One day, my soul just opened up
and out poured all things
I’d been hiding
and denying
and living through
that had just happened moments before.

One day, my soul just opened up
and I decided
I was good and ready!
I was good and ready
to surrender
my life
to God.

So, with my soul wide open,
I sat down
wrote Her a note
and told her so.

Note to self…stop putting off for later what can be done today.

Are you a procrastinator?

In psychology, procrastination refers to the act of replacing high-priority actions with tasks of low-priority, and thus putting off important tasks to a later time. Some psychologists cite such behavior as a mechanism for coping with the anxiety associated with starting or completing any task or decision.[1] Other psychologists indicate that anxiety is just as likely to get people to start working early as late and the focus should be impulsiveness. That is, anxiety will cause people to delay only if they are impulsive.[2]

Schraw, Wadkins, and Olafson have proposed three criteria for a behavior to be classified as procrastination: it must be counterproductive, needless, and delaying.[3] Similarly, Steel (2007) reviews all previous attempts to define procrastination, indicating it is “to voluntarily delay an intended course of action despite expecting to be worse off for the delay.”[4]

Procrastination may result in stress, a sense of guilt and crisis, severe loss of personal productivity, as well as social disapproval for not meeting responsibilities or commitments. These feelings combined may promote further procrastination. While it is regarded as normal for people to procrastinate to some degree, it becomes a problem when it impedes normal functioning. Chronic procrastination may be a sign of an underlying psychological disorder.

See the forest and the trees……

Today as I was stretching and doing yoga in my back yard, I had a revelation. When I initially bought my home I loved the view from my back yard. I had so many plans for it. A deck, a hammock, a pond, rose bushes, and so many other things to enhance the natural beauty that already existed there. Unfortunately as time passed…work, school, life, and love distracted me from its natural beauty and I no longer appreciated its simplicity. The world is full of beautiful things that bring us peace, happiness, and an appreciation for nature. Take time to enjoy those simple things in life……see the forest and the trees
